Appointments are reserved especially for you, and we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.

• For pay-as-you-go appointments, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

• For prepaid treatment packages, one treatment will be deducted from the course.​

This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of treatment length.

We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations leave insufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.
